For carriers, agents, and brokers
Mitigation documentation you can actually underwrite on
The problem with homeowner-reported mitigation is not the homeowner. It is that unverified checklists cannot be priced. WUI Clear is built to be the system of record for wildfire resilience: think of a vehicle history report, for a property’s wildfire readiness. Independently assessed, photographically documented, and verified by a certified professional with no stake in the work.

Standardized format, every time
One consistent record structure across every property: named measures, severity, dates, photographs, and the certifying specialist's credential and signature.
Mapped to your language
Every item ties to Insurance Code §2644.9 categories and the Safer from Wildfires framework, and FAIR Plan discount items are flagged as such.
Independent by construction
The assessing and verifying specialist performs no construction and takes no commission on the work. Contractors are selected by blind competitive bid.
Persistent and current
Records persist with the property, carry verification dates, and show what has been maintained versus what has lapsed.
A full audit trail
Every change to a record shows what changed, who changed it, when, and the evidence behind it. Underwriting confidence comes from history, not snapshots.
Vetted trades behind every verified item
Contractors on the platform are license-checked, insured, carry workers' compensation, pass a reputation review, and complete the WUI Clear Wildfire Resilience Certification before their first awarded project.
Provenance on every field
Each item in a record states how it was established, because how you know is often worth more than what you know. The platform's provenance tiers, lowest to highest: satellite-analyzed, photo-documented, and specialist-verified on site. Nothing on a WUI Clear record is ever self-reported alone, and permit or program corroboration is attached where it exists.
The standard every record is built to answer, in your terms: Is the information accurate? Can you verify where it came from? Is it current? Can you rely on it to make an underwriting decision?
