What we collect. Account information you provide (name, email, role), property information you register (address, characteristics, assessment findings, photographs), project and bidding activity, and messages sent through the platform. If you use the free ClearScan, we process the address you enter to generate the result.

How we use it. To operate the platform: creating compliance records, matching specialists and contractors, processing milestones, generating carrier submission packages at your direction, and sending transactional email about your account and projects. We do not sell personal information.

Who sees what. Contractors bidding on your project see the work scope, property city, and photographs, never your name or contact details before award. The specialist you engage sees your property record. Your carrier package is generated for you and shared only when you submit it. Directory listings for professionals are compiled from public sources and removed on request.

Service providers. We use infrastructure and email providers to run the service, and assessment technology powered in part by FireRoofs. Providers process data only to provide their service to us.

Your choices. You can access, correct, or delete your account information by contacting [email protected]. California residents may exercise rights under the CCPA through the same address.

Security and retention. Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-restricted, and records are retained while your account is active or as required for the compliance record's purpose.
